| EMOTO Upgrading Instruction |

1. Connecting Emoto PC with computer, running Emoto_PC_Update program, clicking setting button and checking if the COM port is correct or not.
2. inputting correct user name and password, then clicking "update" button, and following the procedure to finish the updating.
3. If you are new user, the system will remind you to register it first, or you can click "registration" button to complete it directly.
4. Emoto PC Upgrading Error Reminder:
"Initializing..." it is reading hardware ID(SN),failure means reading hardware error.
"It is verifying..." it is accessing to the server,connecting and validation etc. the error code show you below:
-10 SN reading error
-11 Internet communication error(send/receive)
-1 error
-2 NA(invalid SN or product enabled)
-3 OVER(upgrades over )
-4 NO ( username or password error)
-5 REG( unregistered)
(net) Internet disconnected or Server can not be connected
"downloading" -- validation passed, start to download it. if downloading fail or not, please reading the reminder. or you can click the cancel button directly.
" XX upgrading, please wait..." for the software updating, it is updating the software. you can cancel it by clicking the cancel button, however, we don't suggest to cancel it usually. if click cancel button, it may have problem (eg. the diagnostic software has been upgraded partly, it will caused problem during testing time.)then you have to re-download the software pack from website, and run the software untill it is upgraded completely.it will be required to restart the computer after upgrading because of the Emoto.exe program replaced. please restart it.
"XX upgrading, please wait..." for the hardware, it is updating the hardware. you can cancel it by clicking the cancel button, however, we don't suggest to cancle it usually. if you click to cancel it during updating process, it will remind you updating success after finishing the upgrading process.
